By engaging with Elite Professional Services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Our company provides professional real estate services in Rajasthan, India, including property sales, purchases, leasing, property management, investment consultancy, and market advisory, subject to the specific agreement with each client. Clients must provide accurate and complete information, comply with all applicable Indian property laws including registration, taxation, stamp duty, and RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority Rajasthan) guidelines, and make timely payment of agreed service fees or commissions. Elite Professional Services is committed to protecting the confidentiality of all client information, except where disclosure is required by law or government authorities. While we make every effort to provide reliable and accurate services, we are not liable for losses due to market fluctuations, third-party actions, or false information provided by property owners, buyers, tenants, or agencies beyond our control. Either party may terminate the service arrangement with prior written notice, provided all outstanding dues are cleared before termination. Disputes, if any, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, and if unresolved, shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with jurisdiction at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Elite Professional Services reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
